Overview

The sole binding basis for the purchase of shares in the alternative investment funds (AIFs – i.e. investment funds that are not undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS)) managed by IntReal International Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (INTREAL Service-KVG) is the respective ‘sales documentation’. In the case of open-ended public AIFs, these consist of the currently valid sales prospectus with the investment conditions in conjunction with the latest annual and/or semi-annual report and the basic information sheet. In the case of closed-ended public AIFs, these consist of the currently valid sales prospectus with the investment conditions in conjunction with the latest annual report, the basic information sheet, the partnership agreement and the trust and management agreement. The sales documents for open-ended public AIFs and the current issue and redemption prices are available free of charge in German from IntReal International Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Ferdinandstraße 61, 20095 Hamburg, or at www.intreal.com. The sales documents for the closed-end public AIFs are also available in German during the placement phase of the subscription capital as described above. The sole binding basis for the purchase of shares in the special funds managed by INTREAL Service-KVG is the investment conditions and other contractual documents, the information contained in the document prepared in accordance with Section 307 of the German Investment Code (KAGB), any basic information sheet and the latest annual report.

The sole binding basis for the purchase of shares in the alternative investment funds managed by INTREAL Luxembourg within the meaning of Directive 2011/61/EU (AIF) is the respective ‘fund documents’. These consist of the investment conditions and other contractual documents, the information contained in the document prepared in accordance with Article 21 of the Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers (‘2013 Law’), any key investor information and the latest annual report. The fund documents of the AIFs are available free of charge from IntReal Luxembourg, 6B, Rue du Fort Niedergrünewald, L-2226 Luxembourg or atwww.intreal.com.

The investment funds mentioned on this website are primarily authorised for distribution in the Federal Republic of Germany, either generally or to specific investor groups. Individual investment funds may also be authorised for distribution in other countries, either generally or to specific investor groups.
